Based in Stamford, Connecticut, Deborah Loeb Bohren is a travel-inspired fine art and editorial photographer focusing on the creation of intimate and grand portraits of natural and man-made environments around the globe. She won her first photography contest at P.S. 27 in Yonkers, NY when she was in the 6th grade and doesn’t remember when photography wasn’t a part of her life. In 2012, after a successful career in strategic communications, Bohren left the corporate world behind to pursue her passion of photography full-time. Her images are now part of individual, private and corporate collections across the country and have been in gallery and museum exhibitions. She is a regular contributor to Everett Potter’s Travel Report, sharing her global travels through words and photographs with readers. To see more of Deb's personal work from her global travels

Traveling Lens Photo Tours are for anyone and everyone with a passion for photography, travel  and following the light. We spend our time in the field - not in a classroom - and provide individual help and guidance to ensure an optimal photography tour experience.  We have a daily itinerary, but remain flexible to take advantage of spectacular blue skies and glowing light or avoid torrential downpours. We believe that small groups are best but think that you also need critical mass to benefit from spending time with kindred photographic spirits.  Our photo tours are limited to a maximum of eight (8) participants. We also know that after a long day of photography, where you lay your head is important, so on our destination photo tours all accommodations are for single rooms with an ensuite bath in small, charming - and fully climatized -  local hotels.
