ON LOCATION: Travel Photography Workshops
Capture the essence and spirit of place in our small group creative photography workshops
Join me and British photographer Jonathan Vaines on a creative photography adventure in one of the worlds most iconic cities.
From complete beginners to advanced amateurs and beyond, regardless of your camera -- be it DSLR, mirrorless, or smartphone -- our small group destination photography workshops are designed to provide an immersive creative experience that helps you learn to see differently and evolve as a photographer.
Spend your days photographing iconic and off-the-beaten path locations, while honing your technical skills and expanding your creative vision. We'll push, and at time ignore, the boundaries of traditional representational photography to create images in unconventional ways. Through techniques such as multiple exposure, ICM and minimalism, you'll move beyond simply recording what's in front of the lens to capturing the essences of place.
With daily personalized instruction in the field, the destination becomes your classroom and the creative photographic possibilities endless.
"Thanks so much for the London experience! I do believe it has changed my photography, very much for the better!" ~ Bob V.
"Deb and Jonathan took us to unique, off-the-beaten-path locations offering amazing photo opportunities. Their expert tips on shooting and editing, along with their genuine passion for photography was truly inspiring." ~ Vicky M.
It’s impossible to sum up the experience in just a few words. Deborah and Jonathan were well prepared to lead us on exceptionally inspirational and creative experience. I came home knowing I had grown as an artist and had more fun than I ever imagined in the process. - Katherine F.
